Excellence in research and innovation is the aim of the Certus Centre, and in order to continue to stay at the forefront participation in Horizon 2020 is high on the Centre´s agenda. Last week 9 people from Certus attended the huge ICT 2013 event, organised in Vilnius by the European Commission. More than 5500 researchers, managers and industry-professionals attended the event. After three intensive days of talks, workshops, networking and scientific discussions it is safe to say that Certus´activities has attracted a lot of attention. We are now in the process of going through the various work programmes and calls that will form the backbone of H2020. The Centre has high ambitions when it comes to the EU and the technologies developed in Certus are leading in a european context.
